We are built on the dogma that an organization’s greatest asset is its people. But how do we round up a group of entrepreneurs – ambitious, self-motivated, creative types – and expect them to stay in one place? Simple: we don’t. Living Breathing’s vetting process is as selective as it gets, but when we find someone we like and trust, we don’t employ; we invite. Hence that “members” thing. For our members, this model means direct access to a diverse, on-demand network of top-notch people. For clients, it means when we’ve done some great strategy work for you and you ask if we know any designers, the answer is yes.
